A profile is then created, which is also inserted in specific groups (clusters). Profiling serves the purposes outlined in point 2(E), which include better understanding behaviours in order to be able to carry out targeted marketing actions, such as direct marketing emails. However, this processing does not constitute a particular risk for the customer, given the basic nature of profiling which does not require particularly sensitive data and does not allow for reconstructing highly sensitive aspects of private life. In any case, the data subject always has the right to request human intervention, to express his/her opinion, to receive an explanation of the decision taken and to contest the decision.
